Sample Source

I recently signed up to receive free sample from Sample Source.

The web site is: www.samplesource.com

This is a first time for me so I was excited to get started and see what it is all about. This is another site that is similar to other sites where you sign up to get samples then complete a review about the products you tried. The difference with Sample Source is that samples are only offered Spring, Summer and Fall. You get much more than you would in other sample boxes but they are only offered a few times a year too.

This is my box of samples that I received for free in the Spring box:

Not too bad for my first box! 10 samples!

Now I just need to wait for my email to complete my survey about my product experience. Nice that they give you plenty of time to try you samples out and then do the review.

All right I'm now posting an update.

I just got my email to review my samples the other day and I found it to be really easy to do this. I just clicked on the link from Sample Source and it took me right to the review page. It was really easy to give my feedback. Just click through each one and I was able to leave my feedback. Some samples came with more than one product like a shampoo and conditioner package, so you have to make sure you are leaving feedback on each of these items seperately. Overall, this was a really good expereice and I look forward to the next sample opportunity from Sample Source!

o.b. PRO Comfort Regular Tampons

I got my samples from o.b. for the PRO Comfort Regular tampons and I was excited to have the opportunity to test out this brand. I received 3 boxes of 18 count regular tampons and 3 carrying cases to put the tampons in.

I am not a o.b. user, I typically buy tampons that come with an applicator. Since I always used other tampons, I had to really learn how to use these.
I did not have success at first, the tampon did not stay in and fell out. I was really used to using an applicator, but I was willing to keep trying these out. I know that they are so much better for the environment, being applicator free. I kept at it and ended up finding that they work really well.
I had to replace them more frequently than my brand of tampons just because I was having a heavier flow at the beginning of my period and did not have a super absorbency, just the regular tampon.
I think if I had a variety pack, they would of worked out fine for my entire period. I did find these to work out quite well on my lighter days. They were comfortable and eventually easy to use, (after I wasted a few getting the hang of them).

I do like the fact that there is less waste with this product. They are smaller so there is no applicator or big box and packages to end up in the landfill. They fit nicely in your pocket, purse, desk drawer or really anywhere. They are so small that they are really discrete to carry around.

I would definitely use these again since they were really effective and kept me from having any problems when I had my period.

I found the carrying case fits nicely into a pocket.  I didn't have to worry about bulky tampons falling
out when I was walking around the office.

I kept my o.b. Tampons tucked away in my desk drawer at work.
They are small, so it is easy to fit them into my drawer.

This post was sponsored by the o.b.® brand as part of a sampling activation for Crowdtap.
I received complimentary products to facilitate my review.

PINCHme

I got two sample boxes from PINCHme this month filled with lots of good stuff.
If you've never been to pinch me.com I encourage you to do so. This is a site were you answer a series of questions and they match you up with the samples that will be best for you to test. This site is really simple. Once you receive your samples, you fill out the short survey about each product.

So far, I have gotten to try out lots of samples that I would not of normally tried on my own. The sizes of these can vary, they are typically one time use samples but sometimes you get lucky and get a bigger sized sample to try. You also get some coupons with allot of these samples, another added bonus. Each month an new assortment of samples are available if you qualify. I have had some month were I get nothing, but this month I got 2 boxes!

Here is my sample boxes from the month of May:

I found that the mud mask was a great sample in my first box this month by Shea Moisture.
It felt great on.
And popcorn, yum with the Skinny Pop!

The Garnier Whole Blends sample was my favorite in this box!
Nice sized and got multiple uses out of it.

And the last thing, don't forget to give a shout out to PINCHme after you are done trying out these great products using the has tag

I received my free samples of Centrum VitaMints from Smiley360.

3 samples of Wintergreen
3 Samples of Raspberry

I am a daily vitamin taker so I was excited to have the opportunity to test out this product.
Up until I got the VitaMints, I had been taking daily gummy vitamins and had used the typical pill form prior to that.
I have never tried the chewable multivitamins before so this was a first for me.
I definitely preferred the Wintergreen over the Raspberry flavor.  (Which is odd for me, I usually go with the fruity flavored options.)
I like the cool, fresh flavor of the Wintergreen. I found the Raspberry was actually too sweet for me.
The VitaMints are super easy to take, just take 2 and chew. (Doesn't get any easier than that!)
And I  definitely prefer the chewable over a typical vitamin that you swallow as they are very easy to eat.
I also like that I did not have any effects after eating these. I often find that I will sometime experience an upset stomach after taking vitamins. These were really great for this reason alone!  I would definitely recommend trying these especially if you are a person that does not like swallowing pills. The Centrum VitaMints are a much better alternative.

*I received my free samples of Centrum VitaMints from Smiley360 for my honest opinion.
