I found that this product was really easy to use. I just happened to use both of these in water since I knew my little one would not know the difference anyway since these products are flavorless and colorless. This way he would still be able to get the benefit of getting the help from the Culturelle® Kids Regularity Gentle-Go™ Formula. I liked this much better than trying to use other products when my child has had regularity issues, (which has been a problem now that he is potty training and will often get bound up). My son hates eating things like prunes so this is so much easier to use and helps him before we have to get to the point where his tummy is hurting so bad that he cannot handle it.

This was just as easy to use as the Kids Regularity Gentle-Go™ Formula, since it is flavorless and colorless, I also used this in water. I was having some stomach issues so I also used this myself. I found that this helped to make my tummy troubles much better too.
I really liked both of these products. I found that they really helped to control the tummy troubles that often plague our home. They are safe and easy to use. You can use these products in food as well so that is another option to try if your child doesn't want to drink liquids. I really like the versatility of this.
